Anaganaga Oka Raju story (no spoilers)
Raju, played by Naveen Polishetty, is a lazy and entitled young man who dreams of an easy life without effort. His world is turned upside down when a rude shock forces him to confront his complacency. The film follows how this jolt changes the course of his life, blending comedy and romance as Raju navigates the consequences. Along the way, he interacts with Charulata, known as Charu (Meenakshi Chaudhary), and other characters like Pedapalem Bhupathi Raju (Rao Ramesh) and Erri Babu (Tarak Ponnappa). The tone is light-hearted with comedic moments, but the story also carries a message about growth and responsibility. Directed by Maari, with music by Mickey J Meyer, the Telugu film runs for 147 minutes and is certified U/A 13+.

Our verdict
Anaganaga Oka Raju is a Telugu comedy-romance that hinges on Naveen Polishetty's performance as a lazy brat who gets a reality check. The 147-minute runtime allows the story to unfold at a relaxed pace, with Mickey J Meyer's music adding to the appeal. It's a decent pick if you enjoy light-hearted films with a moral, but those seeking non-stop laughs or action might find it slow.
