Our verdict
Girlfriend is a straightforward Marathi comedy-romance about the pressure to be in a relationship. Amey Wagh and Sai Tamhankar lead a cast that includes familiar faces like Kavita Lad Medhekar and Yatin Karyekar. At 137 minutes, it is a relaxed watch if you like the genre, but it does not aim for thrills.
