Pradhama Drishtiya Kuttakkar story (no spoilers)
After her husband's tragic death, Aleena joins the police force through a compassionate appointment. What begins as a quiet new chapter soon turns into a high-stakes battle of wits and courage, testing everything she believes about justice, loyalty, and herself.
Should you watch Pradhama Drishtiya Kuttakkar?
Watch it for
- Parvathy Thiruvothu leads as Aleena Abraham in a crime drama that runs 161 minutes, giving the story room to build its battle of wits.
- Shahad Nilambur directs a cast that includes Vijayaraghavan, Unnimaya Prasad, Mathew Thomas and R. Parthiban.
- The Malayalam thriller blends crime and drama, with Mujeeb Majeed composing the music.
- The U/A 13+ certificate signals a tense but not extreme tone for a story about justice and loyalty.
Skip it if
- You prefer shorter films; at 161 minutes, this one asks for a longer sitting.
- You want a pure action thriller rather than a character-driven crime drama about policing and personal loss.
- You avoid stories centred on grief and a widow's new chapter, which form the emotional core here.

Our verdict
Pradhama Drishtiya Kuttakkar pairs Parvathy Thiruvothu with director Shahad Nilambur for a 161-minute crime drama about a widow's entry into the police force. The U/A 13+ rating and the justice-and-loyalty setup point to a tense, thoughtful thriller rather than a fast action ride. If you like Malayalam dramas that sit with a character's grief and resolve, this is built for that mood.
