Vikram story (no spoilers)
Vikram (2022) is a Tamil-language action crime thriller directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The story follows Amar, a cop assigned to investigate a string of serial killings. As he digs deeper, Amar discovers the case is far more complex than it first appears, and pursuing it will ignite a war among everyone involved. The film stars Kamal Haasan in the title role, alongside Fahadh Faasil as Amar and Vijay Sethupathi as Sandhanam. With a runtime of 174 minutes, the movie blends investigative tension with high-stakes action, set against a world where nothing is as it seems. The tagline, 'Once upon a time there lived a ghost...', hints at the mysterious underpinnings of the plot. Vikram is the first installment in the Vikram Collection franchise, followed by a sequel, Vikram 2, whose release date is not yet announced.
