Bāhubali: The Epic story (no spoilers)
A tribal couple finds a mysterious child near a roaring waterfall and raises him as their own. As Sivudu grows, he is drawn to the world beyond the cliffs, where he discovers the ancient kingdom of Mahishmati—ruled by a cruel tyrant, haunted by rebellion, and bound to his past. What begins as a quest for love soon unravels a legacy of betrayal, sacrifice, and a forgotten prince. The film blends action and drama, with Sivudu's journey from a sheltered upbringing to the heart of a conflicted kingdom setting the stage for a sweeping tale of legacy and identity.

Our verdict
Bāhubali: The Epic offers a grand scale with Rajamouli's direction and a cast led by Prabhas, though the 224-minute runtime is a commitment. The U/A 16+ rating signals action and drama that may not suit all ages. It's a solid pick for those who enjoy kingdom-spanning narratives.
