Lust Stories 3 story (no spoilers)
Lust Stories 3 is a Hindi-language anthology of four short films that explores lust, love, relationships and repressed desire. The four segments are directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, Kiran Rao, Shakun Batra and Vishal Bhardwaj, and feature characters including Padma (Radhika Apte), Shonali Ghosh (Konkona Sen Sharma), Hemant (Vijay Varma), Debendu (Abhishek Banerjee), Varun Apte (Ali Fazal), Sailee Vaidya (Radhikka Madan), Saira (Aditi Rao Hydari) and Badru (Siddharth). Each story looks at intimacy, longing and human connection from a different angle, with the film's tone moving between romance and drama. The anthology format means the four segments are bite-sized but emotionally resonant, and the film runs 165 minutes in total. It is the third entry in the Lust Stories Collection, following Lust Stories (2018) and Lust Stories 2 (2023). The film is certified U/A 16+ in India and released on 18 September 2026.

Our verdict
Lust Stories 3 brings together four directors and a large ensemble cast for another anthology about lust, love and repressed desire. The 165-minute runtime and U/A 16+ certificate signal that this is adult-oriented relationship drama rather than light romance. If you liked the first two Lust Stories films, this third entry follows the same format with new segments and characters.
