In the small town of Chanderi, an urban legend tells of a vengeful spirit called Stree who abducts men at night. Vicky, a tailor, becomes the latest target after he catches a glimpse of a mysterious unnamed woman. Along with his friends Bittu and Jana, and the local eccentric Rudra, Vicky tries to unravel the truth behind the legend. The film mixes horror and comedy as the town's men grapple with their fear while Vicky finds himself drawn to the very woman who might be the spirit.
