Our verdict
Karuppu offers a unique blend of action and fantasy, with Suriya in a dual role and RJ Balaji directing and acting. The film's premise of a guardian deity fighting a corrupt legal system is intriguing, though the 152-minute runtime may feel long for some. It's a solid choice for fans of the genre, but those seeking pure realism should look elsewhere.
